Dr. Chandraprakash Gaur is the founding force behind Medicare Group, a visionary leader who established the organization in 1994 and led its expansion across two continents over the decades. With over 30 years of clinical and administrative experience, his legacy is deeply interwoven with the growth and credibility of Medicare as a trusted name in diagnostics.

A graduate of MBBS and MD, Dr. Gaur’s professional journey is marked by a prestigious tenure at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, where he underwent advanced training in CT Scan and Ultrasound in 1992 — setting the foundation for Medicare’s commitment to cutting-edge imaging diagnostics.

Prior to founding Medicare, Dr. Gaur served as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for over 7 years, overseeing operations at SSG Hospital Vadodara and Government Medical College (GMC). His leadership during this period was instrumental in streamlining public healthcare delivery at one of Gujarat’s largest government-run medical institutions.

Today, as Senior Medical Director, he continues to provide clinical leadership, guide medical standards, and mentor the next generation of professionals — ensuring that Medicare remains rooted in ethics, excellence, and patient-first values.

Rishil Gaur is a dynamic new-generation business leader with a sharp focus on finance, strategy, and scalable healthcare innovation. An MBA in Finance from the prestigious Nirma University, he brings a unique blend of corporate vision, grassroots impact, and global perspective to the table.

Rishil has built and scaled operations across India, East Africa, and Southeast Asia, with a strong track record in market expansion, regulatory strategy, and cross-border partnerships.

Along with his entrepreneurial journey, Rishil served as a Consultant with Startup India and Invest India — key arms of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India — where he worked on high-impact national programs supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment facilitation.

Deeply committed to global change, Rishil volunteers with the United Nations and has worked with Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF), founded by Nobel Peace Laureate Shri Kailash Satyarthi.

A passionate advocate for youth leadership, he actively engages with Model United Nations (MUN) circuits and frequently mentors students and entrepreneurs. Off the boardroom, Rishil is an enthusiast of finance, tennis, and Formula 1, and brings the same competitive spirit to every challenge he takes on.
